About

Parcelle Organics is an L.A.-inspired organic fast-casual cafe with two open Minneapolis locations: the original Northeast spot at 233 E Hennepin Ave (open 9am-5pm daily) and a newer LaSalle Plaza location at 800 LaSalle Ave downtown (weekdays 8am-2pm). Everything on the menu is made from scratch with organic, responsibly sourced ingredients and zero seed oils. The kitchen uses only avocado oil, olive oil, and coconut oil. For plant-based eaters, the standout is the house-made almond milk and coconut milk, prepared daily without the gums and preservatives found in commercial alternatives. A vegan protein bowl rounds out the plant-based menu. Pastries, sourdough bread, and focaccia are all made in-house, with a gluten-free version available. No preservatives, no fillers, no shortcuts. Q: Is Parcelle Organics vegan-friendly? A: Yes. Parcelle Organics at 233 E Hennepin Ave in Northeast Minneapolis makes its own almond milk and coconut milk daily -- no gums or preservatives. The menu includes a vegan protein bowl and uses only organic avocado oil, olive oil, and coconut oil. The cafe is not 100% vegan (it also serves grass-fed meat and wild-caught fish), but it is one of the most vegan-conscious fast-casual spots in the Twin Cities. Q: What should I order at Parcelle Organics? A: The vegan protein bowl is the top pick for fully plant-based diners. House-made almond milk and coconut milk are available in coffee drinks and smoothies -- far cleaner than commercial plant milks. The sourdough bread and focaccia (ask about the gluten-free version) are made in-house daily. All sauces and toppings are scratch-made with no preservatives. Q: Where is Parcelle Organics and when is it open? A: The Northeast Minneapolis location is at 233 E Hennepin Ave, open 9am to 5pm daily. A second location is at 800 LaSalle Ave (LaSalle Plaza) in downtown Minneapolis, open weekdays 8am to 2pm, closed weekends. Two more locations -- North Loop (208 N 1st St) and Wayzata -- are coming soon.
